Tools -Paper cutting- we find the CRICUT PAPER CUTTER  is compact enough to fit in the drawer with the other hand tools, can cut 3 to 4 layers at a time  and is easy to change the blade when needed.           Cutters - We use  these HURICANE SNIPS in both our pebble and prism art. They are small enough to trim sharp edges of pebbles for better fit, and strong enough for the wire work in our prism pieces.
